Like many pop-ups and street food endeavours of late, One Star Döner Bar is a product of lockdown. Back in 2020 when restaurants were forced to close, Brad had the idea to run a takeaway out of his Birmingham restaurant. With a collection-only kebab menu that changed weekly, the idea proved extremely popular.

The launch of One Star Döner Bar at the Hare will see the pair aim to make Brad's cooking accessible to a wider audience. The menu will include two kebabs and two shawarmas using lamb from Launceston, Cornwall, Tamworth Mortadella and Cotswold white chicken. One Star Döner Bar at the Hare & Hounds will launch 22nd February 2023.
